Ships in Croatia

Standard (mostly shared facilities)

Standard ships are classic motor ships of wood and steel construction. They are suited for young people, groups of friends or family as well as special interest groups looking for an affordable cruise on the Croatian coastline. They mostly have common bathrooms and toilets on board which are shared by all the passengers onboard although some standard category ships do offer an ensuite bathroom and shower. The cabins have bunk beds (with minimal exceptions on certain boats). We cannot guarantee double or twin beds but will make a note according to our guests wishes. The ships have a sun deck where you can relax, socialise, suntan and take in the wonderful scenery.

Superior (ensuite bathroom)

Superior ships are a great choice for those who want to enjoy some extra privacy and the convenience of a private toilet and shower ensuite. In most cases they are bigger and more comfortable than our Standard ships and can accommodate an average of 30 travellers. These ships use to be Standard ships before they were completely reconstructed with new cabins, decks and a restaurant area adding bathroom facilities and more comfort in general. The cabins are generally twin share with mostly bunk beds (with some exceptions) and are mainly located above deck. Some ships have two deck levels, the main deck & the upper deck. The below deck cabins are located in the hull of the ship. Most of the ships have 3-4 triple cabins with a double bed or twin beds and 1 bunk bed. They are sometimes used as double cabins on request. We cannot guarantee them but will make a note according to our guests wishes. Cabins and saloon are fully airconditioned.

All bedding is provided as well as a cabin towel for personal use. We recommend you bring a beach towel for use on the deck and beaches since beach towels will not be provided. All of the ships have a fully stocked bar. You will not be able to bring or consume your own alcohol onboard the boats, however there are plenty of cold drinks onboard and prices average at 2.50€ for wine/spirits and 2.00 € for half a litre of beer or water. Local and imported drinks are also available.

Premium (ensuite+air conditioning)

Premium category ships are a class above our Superior ships in terms of space, comfort and luxury.  They are newer in design with slightly bigger cabins which have mainly twin or double beds, however some still have bunk beds. Each cabin has en suite bathroom facilities with a shower and toilet. *The cabins are also air-conditioned. The cabins are either below deck (in the hull of the ship), usually with a porthole, or above deck (on the main or upper deck). The ship can accommodate an average of 36 guests. The sundeck area is spacious with deck chairs providing a great spot to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery. All bed linen as well as towels are provided. We recommend you bring a beach towel for use on the deck and beaches since beach towels will not be provided.

The dining salons are air conditioned, very comfortable and spacious with a fully stocked bar. You will not be able to bring or consume your own alcohol onboard the boats, however there are plenty of cold drinks onboard and prices average at 2.50€ for wine/spirits and 2.00 € for half a liter of beer or water. Local and imported drinks are also available.

The meals served are of a high standard, with continental breakfast in the mornings and a 3 course meal at lunch. A typical daily menu includes pasta or salad as a starter, meat or fish dish for the main course with a salad or vegetables and pastry or fruit for dessert. An extra-special treat on the Premium ships is the Captain's Dinner on one of the nights. This is a great opportunity to get dressed for dinner and mingle with your fellow shipmates and the crew.

*air conditioning is limited when there is no electrical access and the ship is forced to run its power using power generators. After midnight, air-conditioning is subject to power restrictions in some ports.

Deluxe

Deluxe ships are the highest in class offering space, luxury and comfort. Each cabin is spacious with an en suite bathroom. The cabins have individually controlled air conditioning*. Delux Ships can accommodate an average of 36 guests in double elegant and newly designed cabins. These ships are refined, dignified and geared to adults, couples, mature individuals and mature groups traveling together. Most of the cabins are based on twin share with twin beds, although some have double/queen and even king bed cabins available on certain ships. In some cabins twin beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. All bed linen and towels are provided, but we do recommend that you bring your own beach towels for use on the deck and beaches. The sundeck area is much more spacious than our Premium ships with deck chairs to soak up the sun or just relax reading a book.

Our Deluxe ships offer elegance and are newer in design with large air conditioned dining salons with LCD TVs and a fully stocked bar. The meals served are of a high standard, with continental breakfast in the morning and a 3 course meal at lunch. A typical meal includes pasta or salad as a starter and meat or fish as the main course with salad or vegetables. An extra-special treat on the Deluxe ships is the Captain's Dinner on one of the nights. This is a great opportunity to spend some quality time getting to know your fellow shipmates and the crew.
